Opening event for a fashion brand. It was a brand that opened stores all over the country, but as a concept shop, it was the largest new opening. First of all, we start by understanding the background and history of the brand and the world view, and then decide on the event theme through repeated meetings.

The theme this time was "New Country". I decided to create not only fashion but also people, food, and space as a whole. The contents include fashion shows and food catering, as well as a photo booth to create a stronger brand image. Next, brush up on the content. Once the fashion you want to promote is decided, the model and hair and make-up will be decided, and once the VMD in the store is decided, the contents of the food catering and the position to perform on the day will be decided.

Outdoor exhibition area Design a photo booth after confirmation and permission to use it. The event will be simulated many times according to the theme, and everything will be clarified, including the time schedule and loading/unloading routes. On the day of the event, we will actually create a photo booth, adjust the lighting in the store, check the walking of the model, and other final meetings before heading out to the customer.

What is important in the preparation stage and on the day is that the person in charge has a clearer grasp of all the situations and progress than anyone else, and can quickly respond to unexpected situations and proceed. From the creation of the project, we use creative direction to smoothly determine each content. And not only the design but also the entire event will be supported from a bird's-eye view, and the event will be a success.
